SPECIALIZED CORE CLASSES

At CORE, we offer two focused classes designed to enhance your core strength and overall fitness:

Core Strength

This class targets the development of core muscles through resistance training and functional movements. Held three times per week throughout the day, each 60-minute session is structured to improve stability, posture, and foundational strength. It’s ideal for members aiming to build a solid core to support all aspects of physical activity.

Core Conditioning

Complementing the Core Strength class, Core Conditioning combines cardiovascular exercises with core-focused movements to boost endurance and flexibility. Also scheduled three times per week throughout the day for 60 minutes, this class is perfect for those looking to enhance their overall fitness and core resilience.
