Our Performance Classes are designed to push athletes beyond their limits, helping them gain an edge in competition while reducing injury risk and building confidence. CORE Athlete Assessment (Required for Ages 12+)
Before starting, every athlete undergoes our comprehensive assessment to establish baseline performance metrics and tailor training to their specific needs.
What’s Measured?
- Body Mechanics: Identify muscle imbalances for injury prevention
- Body Composition: Weight & body fat % analysis
- Linear Speed: 20-yard sprint performance
- Lateral Speed: 5-10-5 shuttle run for agility
- Power Output: Broad jump & vertical jump testing
During this assessment, athletes and families will meet our coaches, tour the facility, and get a clear roadmap for their personalized performance journey.
What to Expect

Elite (Strength & Power)
This program focuses on developing maximum strength and explosive power through advanced resistance training and plyometric exercises. Held four times per week for 2-hour sessions, it’s tailored for athletes aiming to enhance their force production and overall power output.
Varsity (Speed & Lift)
Combining speed drills with strength training, this class aims to improve sprint mechanics, agility, and lifting techniques. Also scheduled four times per week for 2-hour sessions, it’s ideal for athletes seeking to boost their speed and lifting proficiency.
